The memory card is necessary if you plan on recording videos or taking pictures. However, if you are using the camera solely for reversing or hitching (Live video), a memory card may not be necessary as these features do not require the storage of videos or pictures.

The camera does not need to be connected to any WiFi or any other external network. It has its own built-in WiFi capabilities, which means that your phone can connect to it using its built-in WiFi capabilities. No additional WiFi signal is needed on your mobile device. It is a direct connection from your phone to the camera's WiFi. (Phone--->ConnectsTo--->Camera's WiFi)

Will the mount withstand if I accelerated my RV?

Yes, RVsCamera has been tested to stay still even if your RV goes up to 100 miles per hour. However, we do recommend our customers to not leave it out overnight as people can steal them easily. (You can attach it to the door of your RV at night as a security measure too!)

How do I charge it, and how long will a single charge lasts?

I purchased this camera to keep an eye on my horse while trailering. This camera is awesome and totally worth the purchase. I wanted something simple and easy to use with decent image quality that didn’t break the bank. I was hesitant it would not stick to the steel frame in my trailer and it did not move once during trailering. It is easy to adjust on the back to get the angle you want. The app, RV Camera, is really easy to use as well. It does not drain your phone battery either. The image quality is good and there was no lag time between camera and app. Highly recommend for horse owners!

This camera works awesome to load grain into a semi or any other truck. I stuck it to the end of our load out auger, magnet is very strong. Battery lasted all day once turned on in the morning. I was able to sit in the warm truck and pull up when needed. Night vision is a little harder to see but still very distinguishable. Camera has a very good range .
